About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Pensions Insurance Technical Lead to join our dynamic Pensions Administration team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support on insured administration implementations and ongoing pensions administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise on insured administration implementations and ongoing pensions administration
  • Attend internal meetings with Administration Managers to discuss areas of concern, such as complaints, scheme changes, and ad-hoc projects
  • Assist with system configuration and automated calculation updates
  • Support process improvements and produce documentation and guides for insured administration processes
Requirements
  • Current experience of schemes transitioning through buy-ins, buy-outs, and bulk annuity DB administration from within an Insured Administration Business or TPA
  • Solid DB Pensions administration experience across wider member benefits and scheme events administration
  • Strong and thorough knowledge of pensions legislation framework and ability to remain informed of changes and implement
  • Previous or current supervisory or leadership experience
