Strand Hill - Property Portfolio Analyst

Estimated Salary: £70,500/yr

We are seeking a skilled Property Portfolio Analyst to join our team at Strand Hill. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and analysing the performance of our existing assets, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations for optimisation.

The Role:

  • Review and analyse financial data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of portfolio performance.
  • Conduct regular reviews of lease agreements, contracts, and financial statements.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in property portfolio analysis or a related field.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
