Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Carbon 60. The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the effective and efficient maintenance of Plant and Equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make corrective repairs to CNC machines, plant and equipment, with appropriate training provided.
  • Implement planned corrective maintenance to restore equipment to full operational condition.
  • Undertake PPM on plant and equipment, utilizing diagnostic and predictive techniques to aid maintenance.
  • Provide an installation and refurbishment service for plant equipment as required.
  • Train and advise other maintenance team members as necessary.

Requirements:

  • City and Guilds, equivalent qualifications, or apprenticeship in related fields.
  • Knowledge of plant equipment and services, including fault finding and working from machine and plant drawings/manuals.
  • Physical fitness to walk several miles per day and normal sight and hearing ranges.
