Key Responsibilities- Customer Service Delivery: Manage and deliver post-contract services to our clients and customers, continually improving our customer journey and enhancing customer satisfaction results.
- Administrative Support: Assist in the organisation of customer service operatives' daily diaries, including coordinating works to customers, while liaising with the customer service manager to ensure all correspondence is logged.
- Communication and Liaison: Deal with correspondence via various channels, ensuring timely acknowledgements and carrying out general office administrative duties, such as letters, scanning, printing, filing, and binding of documents when required.
- IT and CRM Skills: Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel with CRM database experience to manage customer data and provide exceptional customer service.
- Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, with a friendly yet professional telephone manner.
- IT and CRM Experience: Have good IT skills, specifically with Microsoft Word and Excel, and CRM database experience.
- Knowledge and Understanding: Ideally have a knowledge and understanding of responsibility for defects.
