Job Title: Mobile Multi-Skilled Electrical Engineer

CBRE is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Multi-Skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Global Workplace Solutions team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' facilities by providing expert electrical maintenance and repair services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Travel to sites across the UK to perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Ensure that all work is carried out to the highest standards and in accordance with CBRE's quality and safety procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and subcontractors to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve services and maintain a high level of expertise.
  • Work collaboratively with the account management team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • City and Guilds qualification in a relevant field.
  • Good basic education with strong written and spoken English skills.
  • Basic mathematics skills.
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Physically fit and able to carry tools and components by hand up to 20kg.
  • Able to ascend and descend vertical access equipment.
  • Able to work at heights.
  • Good PC skills.
