Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to work with our clients in the community setting. The ideal candidate will have recent experience in community, discharge planning, and frailty, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, they must be able to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • H.C.P.C registration as a Physiotherapist
  • Recent experience in community, discharge planning, and frailty
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
  • Dedication to delivering high-quality patient care
