Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized care and support to residents
  • Assist with medication management and adhere to CQC guidelines
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 3 Medication qualification or equivalent
  • Experience working in a care environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
