We are seeking an experienced Global IT Operations Manager to join our team at the forefront of our sector. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in leading our global team of 35 and driving the standardization and change of our global processes and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a global team of 35 and foster a people-centric management approach
- Standardize and change global processes and operations to drive efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage senior stakeholders and ensure seamless communication
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and success
- Work in a hybrid environment, with 3 days on-site and 2 days from home
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT Operations management, with a strong track record of success
- Excellent people management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a global team
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Comfortable with change and able to drive transformation initiatives
