Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our civil engineering project in Oxfordshire. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with experience in managing site teams and subcontractors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of safety, quality, and environmental compliance on site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage site teams and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery
• Implement and maintain high levels of safety, quality, and environmental compliance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve project objectives
• Ensure timely completion of works within budget and to required standards

Requirements:

• Civil engineering background with relevant experience
• SMSTS qualification
• CSCS certification
• First aid training

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include a company car or car allowance, 24 days holiday (increasing with service) + 8 bank holidays, company pension scheme, professional qualification paid, employee assistance programme, and bike to work scheme.
