Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and develop new Baristas to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed
  • Maintain high standards of quality and presentation in all aspects of store operations
  • Drive sales growth and profitability through effective inventory management and stock control
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives
