Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the smooth operation of daily services, meeting time-critical targets and maintaining agreed operational and client SLAs.
  • Manage the flow of daily work, utilizing allocated resources that may fluctuate based on volumes and priorities across the wider team.
  • Review information and instructions received from clients, helping to decide on the most appropriate course of action.
  • Provide clear and concise feedback and advice to clients.
  • Identify and escalate issues through root cause analysis, taking appropriate steps to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Maintain appropriate controls to reduce and remove associated risks within services.
  • Present data and reports to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge of relevant products, procedures, and services, including best practice.
  • Escalate issues quickly and appropriately, providing advice on the best course of action.
  • Produce clear and concise reports and written material, understandable to those with or without knowledge of the subject matter.
  • Embrace a culture of continuous improvement, identifying areas requiring change and prioritizing appropriately.
  • Chair service meetings when necessary, assessing priorities and risks, and highlighting to management where appropriate.
  • Prepare client figures and reporting of data for client invoicing and internal teams.
  • Participate in training, both in-house and external, to ensure skills are up to date.
