About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bar Manager to join our team at COREcruitment. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our bar, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of quality in our beverages and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the bar team, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality beverages.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales and revenue, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless execution of events, including weddings, corporate functions, and private parties.
  • Source and procure high-quality beverages and supplies, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Monitor and control bar inventory, managing stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar role, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong knowledge of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, and wine.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
