Customer Experience Advisor

R13 is currently supporting the search for a Customer Experience Advisor to join a fantastic luxury ecommerce business. This is a varied role covering all aspects of customer service, from direct communication to invoicing and ecommerce management.

About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 5:30pm, with flexibility on working hours. The ideal candidate will be based in the Norfolk region and will require occasional travel to offices in West Lexham.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaising with customers, arranging deliveries, responding to queries, and handling any issues or complaints in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Communicating internally and externally using ClickUp, email, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
  • Using the Shopify and warehouse portal to authorise orders.
  • Sending invoices to customers.
  • Liaising with the warehouse regarding orders, queries, and issues.
  • Gaining a strong understanding of the products and the craftsmanship behind them.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service, ecommerce, or a similar sector.
  • Excellent people and communication skills, with the ability to develop rapport.
  • Organised and detail-oriented.
  • Adaptable, willing to learn new technologies and platforms.
  • Good administration and IT skills.
