- Staff Development: Provide clinical guidance and training to ensure that staff are equipped to deliver high-quality care and services.
- Resident Wellbeing: Promote the independence, choice, dignity, and respect of our residents, and strive for continuous improvement in the quality of care and services.
- Qualifications: Registered Managers Award Level 4, or Leadership and Management in Care level 4/5, or willingness to study for one.
- Experience: Leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams and conducting risk assessments.
- Skills: Ability to recognize signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect, and know what to do if there are any concerns.
- Competitive Salary: Hourly rate is subject to experience and qualifications.
