Assistant Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Support the Store Manager in commercially managing the store to maximise profitability through the retail plan.
- Drive sales, manage costs, and deliver our brand through the visual proposition.
- Lead by example and demonstrate exceptional standards of behaviour to maintain the integrity of the brand.
- Train, coach, and develop your team to support the completion of appraisals and performance reviews.
- Proactively analyse financial data, retail and company strategy to maximise sales opportunities and support commercial decisions.
