Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Next. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales, improving efficiency, and achieving performance targets.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Store Manager in leading and inspiring the team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Create a positive and productive work environment that fosters collaboration and teamwork.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure accurate stock processes and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with the team, Store Manager, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless store operations.
We are looking for a talented and experienced individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. You will have a proven track record of leading and coaching high-performing teams, with a strong commercial understanding and ability to create a fantastic shopping experience for our customers.
You will be a team player who works well in a fast-paced and challenging environment, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will be able to adapt quickly to change and bring the rest of the team on board with new objectives.
