The Production Shift Lead will be responsible for leading a team of production staff to ensure the efficient and effective production of dairy products. This will involve coaching and developing team members, managing employee relations, and implementing Operational Excellence principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coach and develop team members to improve performance and achieve targets
  • Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts

  • Identify and implement improvements to production processes
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • Experience in people management and Operational Excellence
  • Strong coaching and development skills
  • Ability to manage employee relations and resolve conflicts
  • Knowledge of dairy production processes and principles
  • Fit for Leadership Apprenticeship Programme or equivalent
