We are working with a reputable car dealership to find an experienced Service Advisor to join their team. Our client prides itself on delivering exceptional customer care and is looking for someone who can maintain the highest standards of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with customers and the public.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Ensuring customers are informed about service and repair work required to their vehicles in a clear and professional manner.
- Providing advice on timescales and collection arrangements.
- Producing job cards on the in-house computer system.
- Documenting all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy.
To be considered for this Service Advisor position, you will need:
- At least 2 years' experience working as a Service Advisor.
- A full driving license.
