We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse Specialist to join our dynamic team at Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our nursing team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients, working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team.
- Organize and coordinate nursing services on the ward, ensuring seamless delivery of care.
- Exercise accountability and maintain high clinical standards, adhering to the NMC Code of Professional Conduct.
- Role model compassionate and inclusive leadership, promoting a culture of collective leadership within the trust.
Person Specification
We are looking for a candidate with:
- 1st Level live NMC registration as a Nurse.
- Evidence of qualification to undertake supervision, teaching, and assessing of students.
- Desirable qualifications include PP126/7, D32/33, and post-registration qualifications in specialty.
