We are seeking a skilled Community Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Leaders in Care in Stevenage. This role offers a fantastic salary of £48,000, a dedicated employee assistance programme, and more excellent benefits.

In this Community Mental Health Nurse role, you will be working with a premium provider of secure patient transportation and community mental health care.

You will be a key part of a highly trained expert team, with a ratio of four staff to one patient, ensuring both the staff and patients on shift receive the support they need.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain patient records, care plans, and risk assessments.
  • Assist in policy compliance and attend necessary training and meetings.
