Job Title: Registered Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Priory Hospital Hemel Hempstead. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our service users.

About the Role:

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering person-centred care to our service users, working collaboratively with our consultant-led team to provide safe and supportive rehabilitation. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of service users, including those with enduring mental health problems, Huntington's disease, and dementia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality, service-user-focused care
  • Participate in the development of new services and care pathways
  • Support the local implementation of the Group Nursing Strategy
  • Engage in continuous quality improvement within your service
Requirements:
  • RMN Qualified
  • NMC (Nursing & Midwifery Council Registered)
  • Knowledge of the Mental Health Act
  • Patient centric & commitment to delivering high-quality care
  • Excellent organisational capability
  • Effective communication skills
  • Flexibility and a strong 'can do' attitude
