An Electrician is required for our client, a successful M&E Contractor based in South West London. They provide Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) to over 150 commercial properties across London, including residential apartment blocks with communal HVAC plant rooms, commercial office space, mixed-development buildings, schools, colleges, and nursing homes.

The Electrician will need to have a level of experience in service, repair, and maintenance. The engineer will travel around various commercial sites, ranging from schools, colleges, and hospitals to offices.

The ideal candidate will have 4 years plus experience working on commercial boilers and plant rooms.

The Electrician will provide service, repair, and maintenance on commercial wiring within plant rooms on a wide range of mechanical appliances. You will travel around London working on a mixed commercial portfolio.

Key benefits include:

  • Basic Salary £50,000 to circa £57,000 depending on experience
  • Travel paid after 90 minutes daily at 1.25 times hourly rate
  • 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

  • Overtime at 1.25 times hourly rate
  • Call out rota - 1 in 8 with £150 standby payment
