Palliative Care Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Unit team at our Hospice in Hastingwood, Essex. As a Palliative Care Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients and their families.

About the Role
  • Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver specialist palliative care to patients and their families.
  • Supervise and mentor Healthcare Assistants to ensure high standards of care are maintained.
  • Support patients' families and significant others in their time of need.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with full UK NMC registration.
  • Palliative care experience or a strong desire to move into this field.
  • Good organisational skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in an emotionally demanding environment.
  • Own transport.
