Air Ambulance Critical Care Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Air Ambulance Critical Care Specialist to join our team at the Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance. As a critical care specialist, you will be responsible for delivering A&E level care on scene to patients in need of lifesaving treatment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide critical care to Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire communities
- Deliver A&E level care on scene to patients with serious injuries or illnesses
- Collaborate with medical teams to ensure timely and effective treatment
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices
Requirements:
- Valid paramedic certification or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality critical care in emergency situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience
