Job Title: Senior Business Development Advisor

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Development Advisor to join our team at Talk Staff Group Limited.

**About the Role:**

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, senior professional with a proven track record in delivering bespoke business support to ambitious SMEs. You will work closely with clients to address challenges, explore new markets, and leverage funding opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide tailored innovation and business advice to a portfolio of growth-focused SMEs
  • Act as a coach and mentor, helping businesses create and implement long-term commercialisation and innovation strategies
  • Collaborate with Innovate UK and other support organisations to connect clients with essential resources

**Requirements:**

  • Experience working in UK Government Future Economies
  • Proven ability to prepare action plans for high-growth environments
  • Knowledge of strategic choices and processes within business development, marketing, access to finance and other practical issues
