Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Dialysis Product Systems Integration Lead to join our team at Gerrell & Hard in Warwick. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and integration of dialysis products, ensuring compliance with medical device regulations.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Systems Engineer to take on a leadership role and drive the feasibility, design, verification, and testing of system components. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define and deliver system components, ensuring scalability and maintainability.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage system-level requirements, documentation, and traceability.
  • Design and develop system architecture, ensuring compliance with IEC 60601 and ISO 13485 regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver system components, driving innovation and excellence in dialysis product development.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you will need:

  • Proven experience in systems engineering, preferably in the medical technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of medical device regulations, including IEC 60601 and ISO 13485.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is approximately £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, pension scheme, and paid holiday time.
