The successful candidate will support the Head of Compliance in ensuring compliance with Building Safety legislation, managing in-scope buildings, and implementing policies, procedures, and management systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Liaising with residents on safety concerns and engaging with them to address any issues.
- Managing a team and demonstrating change management experience.
- Exercising project management skills to ensure effective implementation of compliance measures.
To be considered for this role, you must possess relevant qualifications, including a Fire Safety qualification accredited by the IFE or IFSM, and Chartered Membership of CIH or CIOB. You should also have extensive project management experience and management skills.
