We're looking for enthusiastic Sales Associates who share our values and are ready to join a team that will redefine the way we help our customers sleep better and live healthier.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Engagement: Actively engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, listen to their needs, and provide personalized recommendations to help them find the perfect sleep solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our product range, including mattresses, beds, bedding, and sleep accessories, and effectively communicate the benefits of each product to customers.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with fellow Sleep Ambassadors and team members to create a positive and cohesive work environment, share knowledge, and provide mutual support to achieve shared goals.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain an organized and aesthetically pleasing store display, ensure that products are clean, well-arranged, and properly priced, and assist in monitoring and maintaining inventory levels.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets by actively engaging with customers, providing product demonstrations, and guiding them through the purchasing process.
Qualifications:
  • Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for promoting well-being through quality sleep.
  • Strong product knowledge and the ability to learn and adapt to new information.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
  • Basic computer and point-of-sale system proficiency.
