Job Title: UX Researcher - Innovation Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced UX researcher to join our team and help us revolutionize the future of work. As a key member of our research team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to multiple research initiatives across the organization, encompassing both foundational and tactical research.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with product and business teams to identify research topics and design studies that address both user behavior and attitudes.
  • Design and execute end-to-end custom primary research using a wide variety of methods, including In-Depth Interviews, Focus Groups, and Concept Testing.
  • Translate research findings into strategic narratives and communicate results in compelling and creative ways.
  • Collaborate with design, product management, content strategy, engineering, and marketing teams to generate insights that fuel ideation and evaluate designs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 7+ years' of relevant experience in user experience, applied research, and/or product research and development, or a Master's degree and 5+ years' relevant experience, or a PhD and 2+ years' relevant experience.
  • Relevant experience within user experience, applied research settings, and/or product research and development.
  • Experience conducting In-Depth Interviews, Focus Groups, and Concept Testing or Usability Testing.
  • Interest in and experience executing hands-on, primary research and translating research findings into strategic narratives.
