Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Corporate Receptionist to join our team at GUK. As a key member of our reception and concierge service, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with the Facilities Manager to ensure smooth building operations.
  • Meet and greet all visitors, tenants, and clients in a welcoming and professional manner.
  • Direct visitors to the correct floors and ensure the reception desk runs effectively.
  • Respond to email instructions and conduct daily inspections to ensure the site is safe.
  • Report any faults to the correct parties and management as necessary.
  • Deal with a variety of requests and queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Create monthly newsletters and arrange pop-up events for our tenants.

Requirements

  • Engaging and professional demeanor.
  • Interest in media or a relevant field.
  • Ability to handle administrative tasks and workload.
  • Organised and able to work independently.
  • Experience as a receptionist or in customer service.
  • Experience within a corporate environment.
  • Professional presentation, self-confidence, and smart attire at all times.
  • Good health and safety knowledge.
  • Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
