We are seeking an experienced Fundraising and Outreach Specialist to join our team at Evolve Housing + Support. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our fundraising efforts and building relationships with key stakeholders.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders

* Manage budgets and resources to optimize outcomes

* Provide regular updates and reports to ensure transparency and accountability
