Main Responsibilities:
  • Project Delivery: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from design to completion, ensuring projects meet high-end residential quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Collaborate with the design team, construction team, and councils to deliver successful projects.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project goals are met.
  • Technical Management: Manage technical aspects of projects, including planning, implementing, and recording tasks.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar design and build company with a focus on high-end residential projects ranging from £1-4 million in value.

**Salary Estimate:** £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, based on experience and location.
