About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Structural Engineer to join our Nuneaton office, working on a variety of projects from domestic extensions to large multistorey developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead an engineering team, managing project costs up to £12m.
  • Collaborate with clients, discussing design solutions and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Develop and implement structural designs using the latest software.
  • Support junior staff, fostering their growth and professional development.
  • Oversee project budgets, resources, and timelines, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships, promoting our services.

Requirements

  • Chartered Engineer status (CEng) preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, with a Master's degree a plus.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in structural engineering, with a proven track record in cost estimation and project management.
  • Prior experience working with historic buildings is highly desirable.
