Childcare Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Childcare Specialist to join our team at Service Care Solutions. This role involves providing care and support to young people in a residential setting, ensuring their protection and wellbeing.
The successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in residential care and possess a full driving licence. An enhanced DBS is also required.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide advice, care, and stability to young people.
- Demonstrate education, care, and development value for better outcomes.
- Build trust and respect with young people, responding to information and advice.
- Define behaviour structures and boundaries, acting as a positive role model for daily routines.
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
