About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and self-motivated Cleaning Operative to join our team at Royal Mail Property & Facilities Solutions. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our properties across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the property
- Operate a variety of cleaning equipment and machinery
- Empty bins, dust and sanitise surfaces, and perform other cleaning tasks as required
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve cleaning schedules and deadlines
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless delivery of services
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Reliable and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communicator with good written and verbal skills
- Physically fit and able to lift and move heavy equipment
- Willing to undergo training and development to improve skills and knowledge
