Customer Service Representative - Waste and Recycling

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Biffa Waste Services team as a Customer Service Representative - Waste and Recycling. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on our waste management services and products
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
