Job Title: Flow Control Tender Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Flow Control Tender Lead to join our team at TechnipFMC. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex commercial proposals for SPS subsystems. Your expertise in tender coordination, management, and proposal development will be essential in driving our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and deliver complex commercial proposals for SPS subsystems.
  • Develop a strong understanding of products, clients, and supply chain to provide competitive proposals meeting clients' requirements and TechnipFMC's overall business strategy.
  • Collaborate with planning to create project execution schedules based on inputs from engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain.
  • Update cost and develop costing in iTwo, ensuring accuracy of data captured.
  • Prepare project handover to execution teams and ensure a clean/fast project startup.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, project management, or related discipline.
  • Relevant working experience in tender, sales support, engineering, or projects.
  • Experience with oil and gas product engineering and/or manufacturing, especially SPS such as manifolds, Christmas trees, and/or control systems equipment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both written and spoken English.
  • Strong organization and planning skills.
  • Ability to act as a subject matter expert within the functional team and train/mentor other team members.
