We are seeking support staff to join our team providing exceptional care to older clients in the community. As a non-medical support worker, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and companionship services, ensuring the well-being and independence of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a full British driving licence, own car, and be passionate about working in adult care. You will also need to have the right to work in the UK and be willing to establish this as part of the recruitment process.

Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality personal care services, including washing and dressing.
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to promote mental and emotional well-being.
  • Assist with home help services, including light housework and domestic duties.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fully qualified healthcare professionals or those with relevant experience in adult care.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Benefits
  • Average hourly rate of £14.00.
  • Mileage allowance of £0.30-£0.45 per mile.
