Mental Health Researcher

This exciting opportunity allows you to contribute to the efficient set-up and delivery of research in our Early Intervention Service. As a highly motivated registered Mental Health nurse, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of clinical trial patients, working autonomously and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
Main Duties- Patient Identification: Identify suitable patients for entry into clinical studies by attending clinics (screening notes) and relevant Multi-disciplinary Team meetings.
- Research Project Management: Manage and oversee a portfolio of research studies in various disease sites, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior nurses and multidisciplinary teams within the Trust and wider research teams to deliver 'perfect care'.

Key Requirements- Qualifications: Registered Nurse – Current registration with NMC: Mental Health.
- Knowledge and Skills: Demonstrable knowledge of Psychosis and Early Intervention services, ability to manage a caseload/projects, ability to make independent decisions and advise others on appropriate action.
The salary range for this position is approximately £37,338 - £44,962 per annum, depending on location and experience.
