Fibre Cement Business Development Representative

The role of a Business Development Manager at Integra Outsourcing is to create demand for a range of fibre cement building boards, sheathing boards, and cladding sheets across the East and West Midlands, South Central, North West, and Yorkshire regions. This involves working with architects, main contractors, high-rise developers, and cladding & building envelope subcontractors to secure projects.
Salary: The package includes circa £55k basic salary with an £8k-£10k OTE, company car or car allowance, and 25 days holiday.
Job Description:
- Tracking and winning commercial and high-rise residential building envelope projects across private and public sectors.
- Targeting education, healthcare, leisure, and high-rise markets.
- Securing projects with key stakeholders, including architects, main contractors, high-rise developers, and cladding & building envelope subcontractors.
