Job Title: Real Estate Operations Lead

Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Operations Lead to join our team. As a key member of our International Real Estate team, you will be responsible for managing the real estate portfolio, budget, and operations across APAC, EMEA, and LATAM regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with finance teams to manage international facilities and real estate capital projects, including budget evaluation and identification of potential improvements/savings opportunities.
  • Support capital real estate projects through budget and finance review, requesting new project codes and vendor setup.
  • Manage international lease documentation, tracking lease changes and portfolio updates, and provide data analysis and reports as needed.
  • Assist with project administration, including presentations of quantitative and qualitative information.
  • Work with internal partners and stakeholders to identify requirements and complete analysis of projects and reports.
  • Coordinate relationships with IT, AV, Security, and stakeholders to achieve project deliverables.
  • Monitor workspace planning and allocation, advising on changes that may impact Agile Working.
  • Manage the SVP's diary, scheduling meetings, and providing relevant information.
  • Make travel arrangements, manage logistics, and prepare expense claims.
  • Provide administrative and business support to the SVP and International Facilities and Real Estate team.
  • Liaise with the wider organisation to advise on communications and client relations strategy.
  • Take ownership of client-facing communications and activities, including drafting presentations and managing staff engagement efforts.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Real Estate, or Finance, or an equivalent combination of skills and experience.
  • Experience in business planning within a facilities and real estate arena is a plus.
  • Advanced degree, certification, or additional professional training is a plus, particularly in Corporate Real Estate.
  • Solid understanding of budget management and real estate accounting principles.
  • Strong proficiency in spreadsheet and data analysis techniques.
  • Ability to gain consensus, communicate policy, build relationships, and create systems for managing data.
