Key Responsibilities:

The Hygiene Supervisor will oversee the maintenance of a top-class level of hygiene in our production areas, ensuring compliance with company, customer, and legal requirements.

Key Tasks:

  • Lead a hygiene team to meet performance and safety standards.
  • Maintain high hygiene standards in production and warehouse areas.
  • Manage and develop a multiskilled hygiene team, including training, audits, and performance monitoring.
  • Oversee hygiene schedules, procedures, and equipment maintenance.
  • Manage HR admin tasks and maintain clear communication across departments.
  • Control inventory and stock levels of cleaning chemicals, PPE, and housekeeping equipment.

Health & Safety

  • Control COSHH management and associated training.
  • Ensure all hygiene staff are trained and competent in all procedures relevant to their role.
  • Maintain material safety data sheets for all chemicals used on site.
