Dedicated Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking experienced healthcare professionals in West Sussex to join our team of dedicated caregivers, supporting individuals with day and night shifts available in Residential, Nursing Homes and Learning Disability settings.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional patient care skills, a kind demeanor, and the ability to multitask and think critically. Although driving is not essential, a reliable transportation method is required due to the locations of our Units.
As a valued member of our team, you will benefit from flexible shift patterns that accommodate your lifestyle, allowing for continuity and work-life balance. In addition, we offer newly increased rates of pay, weekly BACS payments, holiday pay accrual, mandatory training with certificates, support from experienced Health & Social Care Consultants, and enhanced Child and Adult DBS checks.
Key Details- Estimated Salary: £12-15 per hour

- Pay Frequency: Weekly via BACS
