Job Summary

We're seeking a Principal Lecturer or Principal Teaching Fellow in Property to lead our academic programs in Real Estate, Building Surveying, and Architectural Technology. As an academic leader, you'll be responsible for delivering and developing these programs, ensuring professional accreditation status, and working within our Quality Monitoring and Enhancement systems. You'll also manage a team of staff within the Property Team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Act as academic leader for a group of programs in Real Estate and Property
  2. Deliver and develop programs, including professional accreditation status
  3. Manage a team of staff within the Property Team
  4. Make broad contributions to the academic work of the School of Civil Engineering and Built Environment in the field of property
  5. Program promotion and recruitment, including outreach and engagement initiatives with the Property Sector
