About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced academic leader to join our team as a Principal Lecturer or Principal Teaching Fellow in Property. As a key member of our School of Civil Engineering and Built Environment, you will be responsible for leading the delivery and development of our real estate and property programmes, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and accreditation.

As a senior academic leader, you will be expected to provide strategic direction and guidance to our staff, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation in teaching, research, and professional practice. You will also be responsible for programme promotion and recruitment, including outreach and engagement initiatives with the property sector.

We are looking for an individual with a strong track record of academic leadership, teaching, and research in property and real estate. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, students, and external stakeholders.
