Permanent Part-Time Assistant Facilities Manager

Based in the heart of Leeds City Centre, our rapidly growing organisation is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Assistant Facilities Manager to join its expanding team on a permanent part-time basis (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday).

This role offers an ideal opportunity for someone with good all-round experience in supporting the delivery of excellent standards of Facilities services. You will be comfortable dealing with day-to-day tasks such as archive and postal management, security access, and out-of-hours requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Health and Safety: A solid understanding of Health and Safety, including DSEs
  • Hands-on Environment: Familiarity working in a "hands-on" environment
  • Administrative Support: Good organisational and administrative abilities are essential
  • Project Support: Exposure to looking after projects, with a keen desire to take on more responsibility when supported by the Head of Facilities
