Based in the heart of Leeds City Centre, our rapidly growing organisation is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Assistant Facilities Manager to join its expanding team on a permanent part-time basis (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday).
This role offers an ideal opportunity for someone with good all-round experience in supporting the delivery of excellent standards of Facilities services. You will be comfortable dealing with day-to-day tasks such as archive and postal management, security access, and out-of-hours requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Health and Safety: A solid understanding of Health and Safety, including DSEs
- Hands-on Environment: Familiarity working in a "hands-on" environment
- Administrative Support: Good organisational and administrative abilities are essential
- Project Support: Exposure to looking after projects, with a keen desire to take on more responsibility when supported by the Head of Facilities
