We are seeking a highly skilled Blockchain Finance Specialist to join our team at Space Executive. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving strategic financial management and planning.

The estimated salary for this position is $140,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Overview:

  • Drive strategic financial management and planning to support business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize financial operations, from budgeting and forecasting to risk management and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis:

  • Develop and implement financial models to support business decisions.
  • Conduct financial analysis, including P&L and cash flow forecasting, to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for optimizing financial performance.

Accounting & Financial Reporting:

  • Oversee all accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, analyzing and interpreting key metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with all accounting standards, adapting processes to the specific needs of a crypto-based business.

Treasury & Cash Management:

  • Manage cryptocurrency assets and oversee treasury functions, including liquidity management, investments, and capital allocation.
  • Design and implement cash flow management strategies to optimize the use of funds across the business.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proficient in English and Chinese.
  • 5+ years of experience in finance, preferably in fintech, cryptocurrency, or blockchain industries.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial management, accounting, and treasury best practices.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, with strong Excel or Google Sheets skills; experience with blockchain-based financial tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
  • Excellent understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and the regulatory landscape.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
