Duty Manager

Job Summary:
The Duty Manager is a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the centre, ensuring that all operations run efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Develop and implement operational plans to ensure the centre meets its objectives.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers have a positive experience at the centre.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and support staff on shift, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and training to perform their duties.
- Pool Safety and Operations: Ensure that all pool safety and operating procedures are in place, and that all staff are trained in their use.
- Housekeeping and Maintenance: Maintain good housekeeping systems, and assist management in effecting improvement plans for energy conservation and resource maximisation.
