Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary contact for operational and tactical issues, ensuring seamless delivery of services to customers.
- Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Work closely with distributors to develop sales plans and implement them effectively.
- Monitor distribution performance and take corrective actions to achieve sales targets.
- Utilize data sources to forecast, track, and measure performance in line with business goals.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in medical devices within the NHS.
- Proven track record of sales success and relationship development.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to work independently.
