Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, coach, and mentor a team of Materials Planners, fostering their continuous growth and development
  • Share proven strategies and serve as a knowledgeable resource in Materials Planning within the business unit
  • Use the MPS/MRP feature in the ERP system to facilitate materials planning and ordering
  • Recognize and report backorders or supplier performance issues to the Procurement Team
  • Generate inventory projections and reporting for Raw Materials, WIP, and Finished Goods
  • Contribute to Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) and Sales, Inventory & Operations (SIOP) Meetings
  • Coordinate closely with Operations and Manufacturing Planning to optimize schedule adherence
  • Support expansion and harmonization projects
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Procurement, Materials Planning, or Supply Chain
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis using Excel
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing concepts, finite scheduling, product flow, and supply chain planning
  • Experience with MRP/ERP and APS systems (Oracle, ASCP, SAP, JDE, M2M, server-based systems)
