Key Responsibilities:- Manage, coach, and mentor a team of Materials Planners, fostering their continuous growth and development
- Share proven strategies and serve as a knowledgeable resource in Materials Planning within the business unit
- Use the MPS/MRP feature in the ERP system to facilitate materials planning and ordering
- Recognize and report backorders or supplier performance issues to the Procurement Team
- Generate inventory projections and reporting for Raw Materials, WIP, and Finished Goods
- Contribute to Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) and Sales, Inventory & Operations (SIOP) Meetings
- Coordinate closely with Operations and Manufacturing Planning to optimize schedule adherence
- Support expansion and harmonization projects
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Demonstrated proficiency in Procurement, Materials Planning, or Supply Chain
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis using Excel
- Solid understanding of manufacturing concepts, finite scheduling, product flow, and supply chain planning
- Experience with MRP/ERP and APS systems (Oracle, ASCP, SAP, JDE, M2M, server-based systems)
